How Long Until I Receive My Order?
After receiving your order, First we will send you one confirm mail for check your order . after that we will we will start production. Typically, it takes 10 to 15 days to complete your order. Once the doll is ready, we will ship it via international carriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS, which usually takes 5 to 7 days. In total, it generally takes 15 to 22 days from the time you place your order to delivery at your door. We appreciate your patience as we strive to ensure your doll is crafted with the utmost care.
During delivery, your doll will be discreetly packed in a plain box with no indication of the contents, ensuring your privacy.
Can I Cancel a Placed Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. The following cancellation and restocking fees apply:
Within 24 hours: Full refund.
After 24 hours: Please contact our customer service. If the product has been produced or shipped, a refund will be subject to production and transportation fees. If the product has not been produced or shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
Upon receipt: If you find any quality issues or damage caused by shipping, you may apply for compensation or a full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that card. Please note that credit card companies charge transaction fees for purchases, which you will need to contact your card company to reclaim.
